This Public Notice is the third in a series that solicits input on the efficacy of the Wireless Resiliency Cooperative Framework (Framework). Announced in April 2016, the Framework is a voluntary wireless industry commitment intended to promote resilient communications and situational awareness during disasters. The Federal Communications Commission (Commission) has taken several steps to re-examine the Framework for purposes of restoring communications during and following disasters. Among other actions, on November 5, 2018, the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (Bureau) issued letters (collectively, the PSHSB Letters) to each of the signatories of the Framework (Signatory, or collectively, Signatories), asking them to provide post-disaster action reports for the 2017
